This is a solid smoothie recipe from the super cool Andrew Perlot from www.raw-food-health.net The recipe has been modified to give you a colder and creamier smoothie.

The water helps to blend the ingredients and all the other frozen ingredient helps to retain the nutrients in the smoothie by preventing it from heating up in the blender. The grapes add an extra dimension of flavor and hydration along with antioxidants for optimal health. This sitehas been chosen as smoothie of the month.


 


1 frozen ripe spotted banana

2 stalks of cold celery

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1 cup of water

7 purples grapes


Mix in a blender until smooth, pour into cup and enjoy.
