The Most Refreshing Kiwi Watermelon Smoothie (Summer Top Pick)
Kiwi has always been a strange fruit to me. I never really ate them until I got older. They used to be available at the Asian fruit market in my neighborhood but I would pass them over for more familiar fruit. I tasted Kiwifruit two years ago and I love them now. They are best served sliced in a fruit salad.
But of course this isn’t about salad this is about a cold, tasty delicious smoothie. When Kiwi is paired with watermelon it is a flavor explosion and one of the go-to drinks for the sizzlin’ summer heat. The date acts a sweetener and also adds a nice texture.
Now both of these fruit pack a lot of nutrients such as vitamin C , antioxidants and watermelon has high amounts of the amino acid citruline which is good for male virility.
Don’t wait to fire up your blender to make this fabulous drink, if you really want to maximize the coldness freeze the fruit prior to making this smoothie and use a little less ice.

- 1 1/2 cups of sliced and diced watermelon
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 1 Kiwifruit sliced
- 1 Pitted Date
