How to Make The Christmas Cranberry Smoothie

Learn how to make the Christmas Cranberry Smoothie for a refreshing experience.

Cranberry is a refreshing tart berry that is loaded with Vitamin C and great for for your urinary tract. It is antioxidant rich and can be now found in 100% juice varieties moving away from the usual sugar packed juice cocktail drink that’s only about 10% cranberry juice.

Frozen cranberries are flash frozen so they are super fresh and they make sure you will have a super cold smoothie. Cinnamon helps balance out your blood sugar level and helps fight inflammation in the body.

Ingredients:

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any type of milk you prefer)

1 cut apple (remove seeds)

1 clementine (peeled and removed seeds)

1 cup of frozen cranberries

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

dash of cinnamon

dash of ground cloves

Instructions:

Mix everything into a blender, blend until smooth, garnish with cinnamon and add a few frozen cranberries on the top. Enjoy

Happy holidays and thank you for being a loyal visitor,

Clair Buchanan and Family.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Big Shout out to Tommy Nicholas Raw Blend Australia, Great Smoothie, Great Job! As part of my winter smoothie line up I decided to do list a whole gamut of holiday fun for you.

This layered drink contains some of the most potent superfoods and probiotics known to man and in all of the fun there is some serious health power. Beets are rich in body smoothie of the month cleansing nutrients are legendary for their blood cleaning properties. These vegetables are also known in many cultures as an aphrodisiac.

Mangoes are packed with vitamins are rich in the following  antioxidants:

How To Make the Christmas Smoothie Recipe

Learn How To Make The Christmas Smoothie Recipe

The Christmas holiday is such an exciting time of the year. As soon as the season starts the feeling becomes stronger. We all want to participate in the festivities one way or the other. Whether you are a cook, hunting the top Christmas gifts of 2013, planning your dinner or making travel reservations you are happy you are in this part of the year.

Every year families from all over the world come together to celebrate the birth of Christ and exchange gifts in a display of human kindness and generosity. The official combination is a tree, lights, stockings, dinner, gifts, carols, egg nog, and lots of love. Are you excited?

As a loyal visitor I dedicated my time and energy to researching the healthiest smoothies, healthiest shakes and the most delicious blended drinks because I care about living a healthy lifestyle.  At best the site is a reference for using a blender to conquer one part of the puzzle but exercise and health knowledge is the other part of bug free mind the equation. Throwing superfoods into a blender can help kickstart the process but it must be a daily grind to see awesome benefits. Remember the new instant ticket to health is knowing your personal health profile, your genetic health history and your present state of health, acting on your healthy goals and sticking to them.

The healthy state of living should be factored in your lifestyle during the Christmas holiday. In everything we eat we are all headed to the “New years Resolution” hive-mind of promises to-be.

These promises to-be are:

  • I will lose weight this year

  • I will start eating healthy

  • I will take the 22 Day Vegan challenge

  • I will cut off all toxic friends

  • I will stop drinking, etc

  • I will become more positive

  • I will no longer use drugs

In order to complete your goals and fulfill your New Years Resolution you need to reprogram your mind and rid it completely of bugs making it bug free. Having a bug free-mind may sound impossible, however you may be in for a complete surprise.

There is a way to eliminate your old negative beliefs and reprogram your mind with positive beliefs and it is easy as spending ten minutes a day on eliminating the bugs and rebuilding the new you. Consider the benefits of fulfilling all of your goals and transforming yourself into a new person who radiates positive energy.

The first thing that needs to be present is the belief that you are all possibility and can conquer all. This is a powerful belief because the root of the belief rules out impossibility as a ruling force in your mind. Impossibility is fear, All Possibility is infinite love. Which one is an illusion and which one is the Ultimate Reality? Impossibility or the “I can’t do it” Syndrome is an illusion. The “I can do anything I put my whole being and consciousness to” is the Ultimate Reality. Period! That is the only affirmation you need to focus on achieving what seems to other people to be the impossible, the unbelievable.

Now if this information is used to better yourself and humanity, the entire force of change in the Universe will begin to work within you, that’s how powerful, Infinite consciousness is. You are All Possibility, an infinite being living in your body to experience life as a happy, loving entity. How To Make Shakes cherishes you as a loyal visitor and we wish you wholeness and balance, completed goals and happiness.

Happy Holidays,

Clair Buchanan
