To Make The Chia Seed Blueberry Banana Smoothie you will need:


2 teaspoons of Chia seeds (cover them in water and soak them for 10 minutes)

1 cup of almond milk

1 heaping tablespoon of non-fat Greek yogurt

1 frozen banana

1 cup of frozen blueberries


Instructions:


Slice up your banana, place them in the blender. Add the almond milk. Add the blueberries. Add the yogurt. Mix all the ingredients except the Chia seeds. Then strain your Chia Seeds with a strainer (Don’t add them yet).


Now that you blended the banana, milk, blueberries and yogurt pour it into your cup.


Then add the strained Chia seeds mix them into the smoothie with your spoon and enjoy!
