Eversince I got my Ninja I have made tremendous progress with my Smoothie journey and I’m feeling healthier than ever and the pounds are dropping off. I have tried and vetted almost every smoothie and shake on this site and it has been 6 months since I consumed a coffee based shake with ice cream. The green smoothie is my favorite because it helps me lose weight as a meal replacement. I recently added Yacon syrup to my diet and so far I’ve lost over 11 pounds and going.
I feel the difference in my consciousness and overall energy. I actually feel younger and lighter but I still want to put my best foot forward and cut out my occassional fried chicken and cheeseburger. The pains of being a New Yorker, every other block there is a temptation lurking just waiting to pull me in. However, I have been doing good by eating fresh food and eliminating most of the junk in my diet. I particularly like this smoothie because it has everything that I incorporate in my diet.
To Make The Healthy Breakfast Protein Smoothie you will need:
1 cup of vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 scoop protein powder
2 teaspoons of LSA meal
½ teaspoon of cacao bits
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
Instructions: Put everything into your blender put the lid on and blend until smooth. Pour it and enjoy.
