2 tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
1 whole frozen banana (put a peeled banana in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer an hour before you make your smoothie)
1 heaping cup of frozen berries
1 cup of pineapple milk
1 cup of pineapple milk
1 cup of milk of your choice (I prefer almond milk)
