You will need:


1 banana


1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder


¾ cup of dairy milk or any milk you prefer (almond, coconut, rice or soy milk)


5 ice cubes


Green tea is beauty food and will keep your skin glowing and healthy. The tea also has antioxidant properties that helps reduce inflammation and fight disease. You can find green tea matcha powder at any health food store. This smoothie should be put into your rotation of refreshing drinks.
