Delicious Ginger Lime Acai Smoothie


Wow, what an original smoothie, this is in my top ten of superfood combinations. I’m so surprised that this amazing drink was thought of and conceived into the SMOOTHIE-VERSE. This is what blended nutrition is all about.


You are going to love the kick the ginger gives and the contrast of the lime has on the taste buds. Of course the coconut water is for deep hydration and the aloe vera is one of aloe vera 300x225 the most miraculous plant foods in the world because of its incredible healing properties.

You will need:


Frozen Acai (Sambazon)


2 bananas


Juice from 1/2 of lime


1 inch of fresh peeled ginger


1 cup of coconut water


1 piece of fresh aloe vera gel


pinch of salt


Instructions:


Add all the ingredients into your blender and blend up to one minute or until smooth!
